It is not possible for us to check every entry posted on this site and whilst we
take every reasonable precaution it is possible that you may find material here
which you consider offensive or inappropriate.

giving as much information as possible about what the material is, where
you found it and why you are concerned.

We promise to investigate your concerns fully, to take whatever action we
deem appropriate and to tell you what we have done and why we have done it.

| Refunds and Cancellations |

As stated in our Terms and Conditions we reserve the right to remove any entry
we deem inappropriate, in this case we will refund your subscription charge
in full. Should you request us to cancel and remove an entry that you have
already placed and that has not been posted for the full 365 days we will not
refund your subscription charge. If we are unable to maintain your entry for
365 days other than for the reasons stated in our Terms and Conditions we
will refund to you that portion of your subscription which represents the
portion of the 365 days that the entry was unavailable for.
